Q. When will I receive my purchase?
A. Immediately! Assuming of course that you come to our store in Maplewood Village NJ and your purchase does not require customization. Otherwise the preparation time is dependant on the extent of the customization you have ordered. Your item normally goes out within 7-10 business days. Allow additional time for all stock and custom painted orders up to eight weeks. The shipping time will depend on the shipping option you select. Hopscotch uses the United States Postal Service for shipments:
Priority Mail delivery time.... prep time plus an additional 1 - 3 days on average.
US Parcel Ground.... prep time plus an additional 2 - 9 days (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

It's best to call ahead (973) 761 - 4448 and check that it's ready and to let us know when you would like to pick things up.
We maintain all tracking numbers for shipments mailed out, so please feel free to contact us (via email or phone) to receive your tracking number. You can also sign-in to your account and obtain the tracking number for yourself....just Click-Here.
Q. I have very special needs. Can I collaborate on the customization process?
A. That's what Hopscotch At Home is all about. We will match whatever color or design you wish. Examples in the past have been wallpaper, drapes, chair fabric and bedding fabrics. We've even matched to clothing designs. If you are willing to tolerate our artistic impression, we'll even match to an idea that's in your head or ours. Anything that takes your fancy can be used in the design process. Most of our products can be customized with a theme and/or a child's name. Depending on the extent of customization we may need to adjust the price a little (usually specified on the product order page), but call and ask if you have any questions or thoughts. We love hearing from you.
Q. Do we ship Internationally?
A. We do not have International shipping built into the online system, but with a quick phone call (973 761 4448) order we can do anything. Just give us a call.
Q. How do I know you will match my color exactly.
A. The honest answer is that you don't. However, we go to great lengths to achieve this and we stand by our 15 year reputation of deliverying thousands of customized products to satisfied customers. A few Golden Rules we live by:
1. If you would like us to match fabric or wallpaper colors and designs, please mail us or bring in a swatch. We can accept emailed images etc. and it's possible they may work for you, but for greater accuracy we need the real thing.
2. Be aware you are dealing with hand painted art work. No two items are ever the same....after all, that's the whole point.
Q. Do we link to other websites?
A. We sometimes provides links to other companies' websites (see our Events/Links subheading at the top of the web page) that we feel our customers would enjoy. Unless we expressly say otherwise, a link to another website does not mean that we are responsible for, or that we endorse the content or policy of that website. When you provide information at one of those sites, you are subject to that site's privacy policy. We encourage you to read that website's policies before submitting any information if you have concerns about how information may be collected or used. If you are a webmaster of a site you think would be interesting and valuable to our customers, please email us and give us your reasons. We'd love to hear from you.
